I know it’s not the best picture, I was busy plating - but you get the idea.

Sunday we had an impromptu cookout of sorts due to 9’s craving for fresh burgers and fries - a restaurant just would not do. I was in charge of the burgers, that eventually became sliders and 9 had the fries. Veronica brought 3 kinds of potato salad, Jenna was in charge of beer and Danny coincidently showed up so he didn’t get a job.

Burgers: Top sirloin (salt, pepper, cilantro), caramelized onions, avacado, herbed goat cheese on a potato roll

Fresh oven baked fries: 2 potatoes cut, covered in olive oil, salt pepper and cilantro

I’d say the food turned out pretty damn good and it was a successful Sunday afternoon - definitely more potlucks/cookouts to come.
