let me tell you this: the black girl in jem and the holograms is completely useless. this is the first jem picture i have ever seen where she gets any sort of attention. in one episode, for the first time ever, Black Girl gets a date, right? and who is the date with? the only other black dude on the episode, and he was like, a music video director or something really dull and you never saw him again. Black Girl doesn’t even look black in this photo. she looks like jem, dressing UP as Black Girl for halloween. the point is, i feel bad for her.

also aja looks like a witch. yes, the asian girl is named aja.
