NAILS DID BIRTHDAY EDITION

Today is my birthday!!!! I am 24, the age where you’re supposed to start getting your shit together. We’ll see how well that goes. I really think 2010 is gonna be bangin’ for my personal development, though. In celebration of my momentous birth, I got my nails done and they are just ugh, perfect. I went to a new salon because my other tech was too busy Black Friday shopping to see me and even though the new guy is really brusque and kind of rude, damn if he can’t do some magnificent nail art. He knew I loved glitter so he made sure to go over the gold parts three or four times for maximum glitz.

I’m exhausted after partying all weekend with my friends (they are the best friends ever) so I am spending my actual birthday in with my family. I would ask my mom to get me a cheesecake, but I already got a free slice at Chili’s today for lunch! They know how to treat a Birthday Girl.
