MY FRIENDS ARE GETTING FAMOUS AND IT’S BLOWING MY MIND. They moved back to New York last year to concentrate on The Drums full time, and look! They have a new EP, Summertime! They have a music video! They’re in New York Fucking Magazine! I used to lay in the back of a car with Jacob and drink 32oz bottles Smirnoff Ice and talk about how much a-ha meant to us. His roommate’s dog tried to rape me (true story, ask me sometime). And now they’re in New York Magazine and I’m still working at a law firm. Damn!
